- Harmonia Gardens: The construction of Harmonia Gardens is expected t commence this autumn as the company is very close to obtain the relevant construction permits. Harmonia Gardens offers a variety of choice for houses and apartments. In total 28 houses and 13 apartments will be constructed. More information regarding this project, with all the relevant marketing material, can be obtained from our offices.
- Dolce Vita: The constriction of this magnificent project commenced in June 2009 in the Panthea area. Dolce Vita. Dolce Vita comprises of three luxury three-bedroom houses in modern architecture. All houses have fantastic view over the sea and will have many luxury amenities.
- Felicita Residence: Another Consot Developers project will be in Ayios Nektarios, central Limassol in north of Makarios Avenue, in Patron Germanos street. The new project will be a three storey building boast a modern architecture with the glass being an important component of this building. The building has unique architecture. - Skyline Residence: A project is under study in Laiki Lefkothea area. Details regarding this project are now available.
- Emerald Homes The construction of all the houses in Emerald Homes in the Panthea area is nearing completion. Some units are still available for sale. The project shows an impressive finish in the Consot Developers tradition. Emerald Homes will prove to be a landmark reference for quality and finish for houses in the Limassol area. The project will be completed by early summer 2009.
